OpenStage Theatre holds annual auditions each spring for all six
productions of the following season. Auditioners are asked to present a
2 minute monologue to the six season directors, who then invite
specific individuals to return to audition with the company and
associate members. Lastly, directors invite auditioners back for a
final callback before casting is complete. Currently, all actors
receive stipends for their work. OpenStage Theatre's ultimate goal is
to adequately compensate all artists. Contact OpenStage Theatre in
March to make an audition appointment for the following season.
